VENUE HIRE

VENUE HIRE INCLUDES:

Tables, chairs, linen, tableware Sonos Sound System.

Additional costs include chair covers, table decorations, live entertainment, Canopy awning.

WEDDING SIZE

The Brewhouse can comfortably seat 70 with the option to seat a further 30 guests on our terrace at an additional cost. Stretch tent covering is £650. For evening parties we can accommodate 150 guests.

LIVE MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT

The Brewhouse is licensed for live entertainment as well as recorded music. There is nothing like a band to really get the party started. Your band will arrive after your wedding breakfast and set up ready to kick start the evenings entertainment. We have a Sonos sound system for playlists in between your bands sets. Once the band has finished we will play some wedding favourites until the day draws to a close. We are licensed until 11pm for drinks and music.

BBQ FEAST BUFFET

We can offer an exceptional Buffet style feast dining experience. This would include dishes with a selection of meats, fish, vegetarian and vegan options if required. Served with a choice of salads. Mediterranean Sharing platters as starters and individual desserts.

Three Courses £40, Two Courses £35

SEATED

A seated Three course meal at the brewhouse can start from as little as £40 per head and consist of a choice of two starters, mains & desserts. Please call to discuss your options. The plated option is only available on smaller weddings of 40 and bellow 

DRESSING THE VENUE

Venue hire at the Brewhouse commences the day before your wedding at 6pm. This allows you plenty of time to make the space your own. We make every effort to create a blank canvas for you to work with.

DRINKS PACKAGES

Drinks packages are available, or simply choose the cash bar option. A cash bar will be available through the day and evening offering a full bar selection, real ale brewed downstairs and draught lager.

Arrival drink (Prosecco or cocktail of your choice), half bottle of table wine (Pinot, Pinot Blush, Shiraz) and toast prosecco £26 per head. 1/3 bottle of wine and glass of Prosecco £22 per head.

For Children unlimited soft drinks £12 per head.

Choice of real ales are available that are brewed on site here at the Brewhouse. To arrange a visit to try the beer please call in advance.

BEER BREWED ON SITE

The Brewhouse is located above St Ives Brewery where some of the finest beers in Cornwall are brewed. To taste the beer before your wedding please ask Marco to show you what he has been brewing.

ON SITE PARKING

Those of you familiar with St. Ives will know that parking is a hot topic. Arrive in style from the church or registry office and park your wedding vehicle on site directly outside the Brewhouse. Our location is ideal for wedding photos overlooking the harbour. Make the most of our stunning setting by using our grounds to create some wonderful memories.

BBQ FEAST BUFFET

Our bbq feast buffets are legendary. We source the finest meats, fish and vegetables to create a wedding breakfast for your guests to dine on. Our bespoke BBQ grill was designed to cater for large groups. We offer a selection of dishes to choose from along with a wide mix of salads and garnishes. Vegetarians & Vegans catered for with care and consideration.

We start the feast off with a cold platter served on sharing boards direct to the tables or served as canapés to your guests as they arrive.

Your guests will arrive at the Brewhouse to be treated with a glass of prosecco or a cocktail of your choosing. Table wine of half a bottle per person will be served to the table during the meal. A toasting prosecco will be poured as the speeches begin. A pay bar or pre pay bar is available to your guests at any time during the day or night.
